Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a type of therapy that uses eye movements to help clients identify, work through and release traumatic memories. It was developed by David Grand in the late 1990s. Brainspotting is based on the idea that traumatic memories are stored in the body and brain. It helps clients access these memories and process them in a healthy way.

Hypnotherapy

Tapping (EFT)
Tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), is a type of therapy that uses gentle tapping on specific acupressure points to help release emotional blockages. When these energy blocks are released, the negative emotions can be healed.

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing. It is a type of therapy that was developed specifically for individuals who have a trauma disorder or who struggle with their trauma experiences.
